The Prestonwood North Neighborhood is a small enclave of 135 custom homes built in the 1970s and situated in Far North Dallas. Many of these ranch and modern homes have been updated, improved, and expanded.  They are conducive to open plan living with interesting floor plans which often incorporate outdoor living spaces.

The Prestonwood North Homeowners Association (PNHA) is an active volunteer organization of homeowners dedicated to maintaining and improving the health, safety, and beauty of this vibrant neighborhood.  Our homeowners are active, engaged and care deeply about their neighborhood, city and state.  In the true spirit of Texas, our homeowners are willing to step up to support their community through membership in the homeowner's association.  They insist on having a voice in their community and they care about protecting the value of their homes through investment in a thriving, safe and friendly community.
