2024 PNHA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
INVEST IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

PNHA membership dues are just $50 per year—a small investment in a great neighborhood we call home. If you are new to the neighborhood, Please create an account to access or member only content. If you are an existing member, you can pay your dues online, or drop off a check at 7321 Brentfield Drive.

PNHA pledges to support a beautiful, safe, and thriving community in our neighborhood. We are committed to our mission and actively support all of our members. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering to help with the HOA Board, social events, or joining the VIP crime watch. Volunteers are always needed and newcomers are welcome!

Your PNHA dues help support our community in the following areas:

BEAUTY: Your dues maintain trees and the red-tipped Photinia shrubs along the property easements on Hillcrest as well as the neighborhood entry area on Brentfield Drive. The maintenance of these common areas adds value to the neighborhood and members support these efforts.

SAFETY: Recognizing and knowing your neighbors is a proven crime deterrent.

COMMUNITY: Connect with your neighbors! The Weekly HOA email, Halloween parade and pizza party, annual fall social, Saturday morning walks, ice cream socials, Dinner with a Neighbor, yard of the month (winners receive a gift!) are some of the ways your family can participate in our community.

NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS AND INFO: Our new PNHA website, monthly e-newsletters, and Facebook page will keep you informed about everything from bulk trash day to the latest neighborhood events.

Is there an HOA directory?

Yes! This year your membership dues will also include an online directory of our members. The new website provides important information about our community as well as the surrounding area.

Can I advertise on the Prestonwood-North website?

Yes! There is a free classified ad section on the website. Paid ad banners can be added to almost any page on the website. Just contact us with your needs.

How do you join the HOA?

Register today at Prestonwood-North.com. Your address within the Prestonwood North community is your account and each member of your household can be registered as a member.
